Position Summary:
- Serve as the main point of contact for disabled veteran clients and their families
- Handle phone and email correspondence, draft forms, and communicate with clients
- Ensure timely completion of forms and casework, accurate case notes, and addressing client questions and concerns

Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage phone and email correspondence with clients and their families
- Utilize internal systems to provide accurate status updates
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Draft basic forms and written correspondence
- Update case management system with relevant information
- Attend training sessions and assist with training new Client Advocate/Paralegals

Requirements:
- High School degree required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of customer service and/or high-volume phone experience required
- Prior experience with sensitive/confidential information
- Fluency in English, bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Team player with proficiency in office equipment and software

Work Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 . to 4:30 . EST with 30-minute lunch break

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting annual salary of $42,500
