Are you a skilled and experienced Paralegal with a passion for real estate and the hospitality industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? If so, Dentons has the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team in Chicago or Phoenix (other locations may be considered). In this role, you will support our Hospitality & Leisure practice group and work closely with our team of lawyers to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

As a Paralegal at Dentons, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate transactions and assist with all aspects of the deal process. From reviewing and preparing documents to conducting due diligence and coordinating closings, your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of our real estate transactions. You will also have the opportunity to work on special assignments, conduct legal research, and interact with clients and outside entities.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Associates Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of real estate experience is required, preferably in a law firm setting, in-house legal department, or title company. Experience with large and sophisticated transactions is preferred, as well as proficiency in title and survey work. Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

At Dentons, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays, and discretionary bonuses.

As a member of our team, you will also need to have excellent communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You should also be comfortable working with lawyers, paraprofessionals, and business services team members at all levels.

At Dentons, we pride ourselves on our inclusive and diverse work environment. We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status.
