## Labor & Employment Attorney
We have an exciting opportunity for a 3-10 year experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic team in our historic downtown Riverside office. Our firm is committed to providing excellent legal service and to giving back to the community.

### Requirements
To be considered for this position, potential candidates must possess the following:
* Prior experience in all forms of harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and class action / PAGA defense in civil litigation, administrative and arbitration forums
* Prior counseling advice for employers regarding labor and employment law compliance
* Business litigation experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task and case manage in a fast-paced, yet fun, team culture
* Initiative to work independently and exercise excellent and ethical judgment

### Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $120,000 to $185,000 per year based on experience.
