Job Description:

As a Corporate Paralegal at SHB Law Firm, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of corporate law matters. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate filings
Assisting with due diligence for corporate transactions
Maintaining and organizing corporate records
Communicating with clients and other parties involved in legal matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate law setting
Strong understanding of corporate law and legal procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
