H1: Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
H2: Supporting HR matters, conducting legal research, monitoring and advising on employment laws, assisting with investigations, managing information holds, reviewing and managing contracts, providing legal support to various departments, answering and transferring calls, maintaining schedules, producing written materials, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks and special projects.

H1: Knowledge and Skills:
H2: Understanding of time commitment and organizational skills, knowledge of office management and legal principles, proficiency in MS Office, ability to handle multiple tasks, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and commitment to confidentiality.

H1: Education and Experience:
H2: High school diploma required, Paralegal certification and Bachelor's degree preferred, 7 years of legal experience required, Energy industry experience preferred.
