Law Firm Seeking Human Resources Business Partner in Charlotte, NC

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws? Come join our team at Winston & Strawn, a leading global law firm known for its collaborative and collegial culture. As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Charlotte office and provide guidance and support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with business leaders
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters
- Implement and execute HR programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct performance management and talent development activities

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR leadership on developing and implementing initiatives
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for employees

- Strong knowledge of employment laws in a multi-state organization
- Understanding of HR issues, best practices, and processes
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
