Job Title:

- Private Wealth Services Paralegal

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medium to large size law firm
- Experience in estate and gift tax preparation preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal certification required

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in estate administrations and drafting estate planning instruments
- File probate documents and manage dockets
- Obtain values of estate assets
- Prepare federal estate and gift tax returns
- Perform high-level paralegal work and special projects as needed
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
