Duane Morris LLP, a global law firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join our Philadelphia office. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will provide desk coverage, assist with meeting and event activities, and coordinate room reservations, food services, and audio-visual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide desk coverage and assist with meeting and event activities in the Duane Morris Conference Center
- Transfer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Book room reservations and coordinate meeting room set-up
- Place catering orders for in-house meetings
- Monitor meeting activity and coordinate set-up and clean-up
- Maintain supplies in conference rooms and kitchen areas
- Communicate service calls and repairs to appropriate departments
- Provide administrative support for guests

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of related job experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish-English preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Word
- Ability to anticipate client and attorney needs
- Knowledge of Philadelphia area
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse group of individuals
- Ability to lift and move furniture/equipment up to 25 lbs.
