Summary Law Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will provide support for cases from presuit through trial and will have daily interaction with existing and potential clients via telephone and in person. Responsibilities include ordering medical records, obtaining documents, negotiating case settlements, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing trial binders and exhibits, and performing administrative duties. Qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent work experience, 2+ years of presuit or litigation experience, completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program, and experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas.
