Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 per year. Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Job Title:
Fund Formations & Investment Management Paralegal

Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of corporate paralegal or comparable work experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with private investment fund formation and related transactions.
- Manage transfer process for private investment fund sponsors from inception to closing.
- Handle annual and periodic filings for investment advisers to private investment funds.
- Assist with private fund investment transactions such as primary and secondary investments.
- Identify common problems and propose solutions.
- Organize relevant documents and provide ongoing corporate maintenance for private investment fund clients.
- Train other paralegals and assistants.
