Your Role and Responsibilities: - Document Preparation: Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with Department of Labor, Homeland Security, Wage and Hour, and EEOC regulations. - Scheduling Mastery: Manage schedules with precision, including meetings, appointments, and court appearances. - E-Filing and Submissions: Efficiently handle e-filing responsibilities with various government agencies. - Client Communication: Provide top-tier service and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions. - File and Record Management: Keep client files and records organized to uphold our standard of excellence. - Coordination: Work with third-party service providers to enhance our legal operations and client service. - Problem Solving: Approach challenges with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a legal assistant with specific experience in Employment Law and filing with government agencies. - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) a plus. - Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
