Farah & Farah, a well-respected personal injury law firm in Southeast GA and Florida, is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Compliance Paralegal to join our team in Jacksonville. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation, from pre-claim investigations to post-trial proceedings.

Responsibilities:

- Review pre-claim investigations, conduct legal research, and assess initial case information
- Audit case pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing case files and managing logistics
- Ensure accurate preparation of federal and state administrative filings
- Review and organize pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Assist with trial and arbitration preparations, including managing trial exhibits and other trial-related procedures
- Gather relevant information from various sources, including Lexis and Westlaw research
- Create and maintain case process checklists to ensure proper procedure
- Act as a liaison between trial teams and internal/external third parties
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and expectations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law as a Litigation Paralegal
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedures and case management software
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with legal technology
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Paralegal associates degree or relevant certification preferred
