Job Title:
- Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international, PCT, and US prosecution required
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required, college degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios, including all filings and correspondence for US, PCT, and foreign prosecution
- Draft and file prosecution documents for US and PCT applications
- Correspond with foreign associates regarding foreign prosecution
- Maintain a docket of associated deadlines for assigned clients
- Timely report official correspondence to clients and foreign associates
- Achieve 1500 billable hour requirement
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of patent procedural requirements of USPTO practices required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and analytical with problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and working independently or in a team environment
- Excellent customer service orientation and oral/written communication skills
