Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is looking for a qualified Litigation Assistant to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our firm. Responsibilities As a Litigation Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and client communication. Some specific responsibilities include: - Maintaining and organizing case files - Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence - Conducting legal research - Managing client billing and resolving any billing issues - Communicating with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings and depositions - Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also preferred.
