The candidate will play a critical role in all areas of patent and trademark matters within the firm, including prosecution and litigation. Should have Bachelor's degree or higher. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Should preferably also have 3+ years of relevant experience. Must be highly detail oriented, comfortable with applicable software (., MS Office, EFS, PCT-SAFE, etc.), and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
