Law Firm Seeking Experienced Labor & Employment Associate in Orlando

Are you a highly skilled labor and employment attorney with 3-5 years of experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity in the Orlando area? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group in our Orlando office.

Our ideal candidate has experience in a variety of employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation. They must be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, and have experience in Federal and State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies. The ability to independently handle day-to-day cases with minimal supervision is a must, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a strong desire to continue learning and growing in their career. A valid Florida Bar membership is required for this position.
