They must be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, and have experience in Federal and State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies. The ability to independently handle day-to-day cases with minimal supervision is a must, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a strong desire to continue learning and growing in their career.
