Law Firm Seeking Data Analytics Paralegal for Multiple Office Locations

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, "cleaning," and loading client data for our data-based technological solutions. Salary Information:

- The salary range for this position is to hourly, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Job Title: Data Analytics Paralegal
Experience: At least five years as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate law department or data analytics group.

Responsibilities:

- Assist other data analysts in assessing the completeness of client data and developing recommendations for additional data.
- Receive and audit employment-related data using Excel, Access, and other database tools.
- Conduct exposure assessments, create class lists, and extract data for discovery using standard statistical modeling.
- Create and maintain settlement databases, including monitoring for duplicate claimants and communicating with case teams and opposing counsel.
- Analyze client data using pre-established Excel procedures.
- Interface with clients to resolve consistency issues and obtain necessary data.
- Use critical evaluative skills to analyze employment and payroll data for reliability and consistency.
- Review, manipulate, and transform data using Excel and Access.
- Comply with all security protocols of Littler and its clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel Macros, VBA, SharePoint, Stata, and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and work under time constraints.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
