This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary range of $171,800 - $280,100. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a firm-wide paraprofessional program encompassing all three law departments - Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigation. - Analyze existing programs and recommend and implement changes as necessary. - Introduce strategic and innovative approaches to process improvement to enhance overall operation and client service. - Develop hiring criteria and advancement frameworks for consistency across departments. - Support professional development of paraprofessionals through onboarding, training, and knowledge management. - Proactively address attorney and client support needs and create workflow coverage plans. - Monitor utilization and realization of paraprofessionals and adjust resources as needed. - Collaborate with legal departments and finance on paraprofessional billing rates. - Prepare and oversee budget for paraprofessional program. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required. - Minimum of 10 years of legal and/or paraprofessional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Experience working with paraprofessionals in multiple practice areas preferred.
