The Law Firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their Estate and Trust Practice Group in Marietta, GA. This is a full-time, on-site position with office hours of 8:30-5, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications:
· Experience with probate and/or trust administration and civil litigation is preferred.
· Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with clients and related parties experiencing loss or family conflict.
· Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle a high-volume desk and anticipate attorney needs.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Juris, iManage, Excel, and other legal office software programs.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and respond to discovery requests.
· Maintain effective communication with clients, court staff, and internal team members.
· Investigate facts and maintain case timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
· Calculate compensation and court fees.
· Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and organizing case files.
· Conduct legal research as needed.
· Support other staff members to ensure excellent client experience.
Salary Information:
· This is a full-time salaried position with a starting salary of $55,000, commensurate with experience.
· Eligibility for annual bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
