Honigman, a top-ranked law firm with an international practice, is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our team. In this role, the Trademark Paralegal will utilize their strong knowledge and understanding of domestic and foreign trademark prosecution matters to coordinate and assist with . and foreign trademark registration efforts. This includes managing trademark portfolios, conducting trademark clearance, and handling US and foreign contentious matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-jurisdictional filing programs, as well as excellent communication skills to work with clients and foreign counsel.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file . trademark prosecution and maintenance documents
• Conduct trademark screening searches
• Correspond with clients and foreign counsel regarding trademark matters
• Prepare and file trademark documents with WIPO
• Conduct due diligence on trademark portfolios
• Assist with trademark enforcement matters
• Monitor attorney dockets and manage deadlines
• Record billable hours accurately and timely

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in legal field or Legal Assistant Certificate preferred
• Experience with trademark prosecution and maintenance, both . and foreign
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to learn new applications quickly
• Knowledge of trademark clearance databases and investigations
• Experience with PATTSY and other research tools preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Salary Range: $60K - $130K annually
