There needs to be improvement in the area of offering employees and staff guidance through mentorship. The law firm should offer varied working schedule with less hours.

A law firm in which the environment promotes to think outside the box. The work varies and is abundant but sometimes captivating.

The law firm misses the component of offering employees and staff guidance through mentorship. This law firm may be difficult to work for if having trouble with balancing work and life.
