"Some Room for Improvement, but a Good Firm to Work for"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on June 05, 2017

Advice to law firm management: They need to improve the staffing situation. It would lead to fewer hours worked for every attorney, and it would improve mentoring. If they promoted up more it would also lead to more associates staying.

Pros: Some Room for Improvement, but a Good Firm to Work for

Cons: Many areas are definitely understaffed. The management is generally unwilling to promote, which is leading to the issue of there not being enough senior associates around to train new junior associates. It's lead to me working more hours than I would want. It has led to junior associates leaving for other firms.
