What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They need to improve the staffing situation. It would lead to fewer hours worked for every attorney, and it would improve mentoring. If they promoted up more it would also lead to more associates staying.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Some Room for Improvement, but a Good Firm to Work for
What did you not like about this institution?
Many areas are definitely understaffed. The management is generally unwilling to promote, which is leading to the issue of there not being enough senior associates around to train new junior associates. It's lead to me working more hours than I would want. It has led to junior associates leaving for other firms.

The service is excellent. Employees are great to work with. Overall, great place.

There is not a good work/life balance. Hours are tough and some employees should be avoided.

A law firm in which the environment promotes to think outside the box. The work varies and is abundant but sometimes captivating.
What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm misses the component of offering employees and staff guidance through mentorship. This law firm may be difficult to work for if having trouble with balancing work and life.
