As the legal marketplace has exploded with opportunities and lateral movement in the profession has zoomed, she has stayed ahead of the curve. "I’m able to make and see relationships that may not be immediately obvious. I really listen, and I don’t ask people to be who they’re not. I encourage people to do what’s good for them. A graduate of both Brooklyn College, where her major was mathematics, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Florence is active in the Hoboken community and enjoys supporting the Hudson Theatre Ensemble, where as the volunteer Director of Development she builds audiences, revenue, and relationships.
