- Work with a team of approximately 100 attorneys on cutting edge patent litigation cases
- Represent top clients in the technology industry, including Samsung, Adobe, and Google
- Utilize your expertise in PTAB/IPR, district court litigation, and ITC proceedings
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field preferred
- Familiarity with source code a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and references required
- Must be licensed to practice law in jurisdiction of application
- Competitive salary range of $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience
- Eligibility for hours-based bonus

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis in support of patent litigation cases
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Participate in all aspects of trial preparation and trial
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field
- Familiarity with source code preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and references
- Licensed to practice law in jurisdiction of application

Arnold & Porter offers a competitive salary range of $235,000 to $365,000 for this position, with eligibility for an hours-based bonus. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings, and a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Experience with source code is preferred. Candidates must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
