Position Summary:

**Members Only**, a leading international law firm, is seeking midlevel associates to join its nationally ranked Patent Litigation group. Candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar degrees are preferred. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience litigating patent disputes including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal
• Conduct legal research and write briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage and mentor junior associates and legal staff
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as necessary

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and good standing
• 3-6 years of experience litigating patent disputes
• Technical expertise in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, or similar
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and mentor junior associates and legal staff
• Willingness to attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as necessary

Salary Information:
