The Law Firm is seeking a junior to mid-level patent litigation associate to join the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings, as well as a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Familiarity with source code is preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references. The salary range for this position in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC is $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is also available.

Overview:
- Seeking a junior to mid-level patent litigation associate to join the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group at a leading law firm
- The group consists of approximately 100 attorneys who advise clients on all aspects of their intellectual property assets
- The team combines extensive trial and appellate experience with strategic approaches and technological knowledge to enforce and defend clients' patent rights
- Clients include major companies such as Samsung, Adobe, Boston Scientific Corporation, Charter, Crocs, Google, Tesla, and Nike

Responsibilities:
- Handle patent litigation matters for clients in cutting-edge areas of technology
- Provide support in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Collaborate with team members and assist in trial preparation and strategy development

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field
- Familiarity with source code preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and references
- Currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where applying

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience
