Job Title: Construction Litigation Partner

Job Responsibilities:
The Construction Litigation Partner at the law firm will play a critical role in expanding the firm's Construction Practice across South Florida. Key responsibilities include:

- Representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Managing and leading construction defect litigation cases.
- Developing and executing strategies to grow the practice, leveraging the firm's resources and collaborative environment.
- Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships within the industry.
- Mentoring attorneys and building out a practice group.
- Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm's reach in the construction industry, supported by the firm's in-house business development and marketing team.
- Collaborating with the firm's top-tier talent acquisition team to recruit and scale the legal team as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction litigation is required, with a focus on construction defect defense and representation of construction companies.
- Proven track record of business development success and/or an existing portable book of business.
- Leadership mindset with an interest in mentoring attorneys and building a practice group.
