Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel
Location: New York, US

Responsibilities:
- Review and draft leases and related documents for real estate matters
- Negotiate commercial contracts
- Provide legal support and analysis for various business functions
- Handle legal matters as needed

Requirements:
- Juris doctorate from accredited US law school
- License to practice law in US
- 2-4 years of experience in law firm or retail corporate legal department
- Experience in consumer products and/or retail sectors preferred
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and ability to assess risk
- Strong organizational and time management skills
