Join our national Innovative Staffing Team (IST), an elite group of Labor and Employment lawyers who work on exciting matters without the demands of a full-time, partner track position. Our IST team is expanding and we are looking for experienced lawyers to join us in our consistently top-ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.
As a member of our IST team, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology in a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side. You should also have familiarity with federal and state court practice, as well as with government administrative agencies. Litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and handling discovery, is also required. Additionally, you should have a collegiate and cooperative approach, as well as a desire to work on exciting matters without the demands of a full-time, on track position.

The hourly pay range for this role is $85/hour - $130/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a package of benefits, including back-up care, behavioral health counseling, and a 401(k).

Salary Information:
