This firm needs to offer more pay for employees if they want them to stay. Otherwise they will look elsewhere and the law firm will have to keep hiring new people.

I worked at this firm for several years and met a lot of great people on the way. I got to work with some of the best and hardworking people I've ever met and management treats everyone like family. You really feel valued at this firm.

The only downside to this firm is the best. It isn't the great and to be honest I would have stayed if they paid me more. They just don't seem to want to pay employees more, even when the law firm is thriving.

Be clear about what options there are other than partner. Stop catering to the attorneys and support your staff.

You will learn a lot from working here. Clients are great and there is a variety of work. The location is great. Projects are challenging.

Managers are disconnected from projects and expectations. The pay is low. It's difficult to make partner here.
