I think the leadership team should consider giving new associates more time away from the office. Too much work can cause burnout and issues with morale.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people at this firm are great to work with. The associates are conscientious and the partners are very accessible. I've learned a lot since joining the team.
What did you not like about this institution?
I didn't expect the work/life balance here to be so bad. New associates might as well start sleeping in the office, because late nights and weekends are the norm. It's a bit frustrating, to say the least.
