What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel there should be more ways to learn with the firm. It would be nice if they offered courses if you are interested or provided some sort of extra learning program so anyone who was interested could easily go to school and get the education if they wanted it.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has the best work environment around. The attorneys here are always willing to help and guide anyone in the direction they want to go in. The attorneys are also open and willing to listen to any problems that the firm might have. They really listen to their clients and to their firm employees. It honestly makes the work easier on us that do work for them.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sadly, the worst issue that the firm has is that it is almost near impossible to move up in ranks. If you have an interest in law, the firm will help you learn all you can. However, if you are an assistant and want to go into becoming an attorney, you are on your own.
