What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the management would be better suited making decisions based on performance or quality of work, rather than on other factors that should not be prioritized-especially as a firm that maintains a good reputation and employs top attorneys in the area.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm focuses on work-life balance and workplace culture
What did you not like about this institution?
Although all my colleagues were wonderful to work with and for, the favoritism in the firm is not hard to miss. This, coupled with the intense workload and light staff, was sometimes difficult to navigate if you had real concerns and suggestions to make to management.

Allow more days off for those who work so hard for your firm. This will increase morale and make things even better overall.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything at this firm is great and I love going to work. That is something most people cannot say. Everyone here is friendly and kind.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes I wish that I could receive more days off for vacation. I feel like there is a taboo around asking for days off.
