I think the management would be better suited making decisions based on performance or quality of work, rather than on other factors that should not be prioritized-especially as a firm that maintains a good reputation and employs top attorneys in the area.

Pros:
This firm focuses on work-life balance and workplace culture

Cons:
Although all my colleagues were wonderful to work with and for, the favoritism in the firm is not hard to miss. This, coupled with the intense workload and light staff, was sometimes difficult to navigate if you had real concerns and suggestions to make to management.

Allow more days off for those who work so hard for your firm. This will increase morale and make things even better overall.

Pros:
Everything at this firm is great and I love going to work. That is something most people cannot say. Everyone here is friendly and kind.

Cons:
Sometimes I wish that I could receive more days off for vacation. I feel like there is a taboo around asking for days off.

The best advice I can give is to put in your best effort. They will reward you for your hard work.

Pros:
I've only been with Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP for 2 years but I've enjoyed my time here thoroughly. Fantastic and helpful staff.

Cons:
The hours are long and draining at times, but they will help out however they can. Scheduling is manageable.
