This firm needs to be more open to change. While one method may have worked dozens of years ago, it may not work now and keeping an open mind is very important.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really is a great place to work. Employees are very friendly and always there to help you if you're having trouble or a bad day. Team work thrives greatly in this firm and there is a great comradery among the employees.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, management is nonexistent in this firm. If you ever have questions or concerns management seems as if they couldn't care less and improvements are rarely made in this firm. They ignore suggestions and keep the same work practices they've done for years.
