The firm can improve by making sure it hires the best people to represent it. Because the firm is somewhat new, it will need to make a name for itself in the community. It will also need time to establish itself as an ethical law firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a promising law firm started by two partners. They each have a strong reputation in their fields. It is likely that they will be a great source of information and inspiration to a young attorney.
What did you not like about this institution?
Because this is a newer firm, the salary and benefits may not be commensurate with what you expect.

Each fall we recruit second-year students through on-campus interviews and resume submissions. We are looking for candidates from top rated law schools in the top 10% of their class. Law school activities including law review, moot court and legal clinics preferable along with a work history and/or community involvement that demonstates a well balanced high performing individual.
