More team building activities. A lot of new employees come and go without ever getting a chance to express their opinions or bring something new to the team. Most things are done a certain way because “it works.” Everyone should have a small understanding of the positions within the firm and how they all connect. Some people work for years not knowing how or why or what happens next- they just do their part.
Sold core values. Most of the management and lead attorneys have been with the firm since the beginning of time. They’ve structured a very large law firm into small convenient local offices to offer a friendly and local environment for clients. The case load is reasonably sized so that quality takes precedence over quantity. Low stress / down to earth employees. Management has logical expectations- hard work pays off and doesn’t go unnoticed. The firm does outside charity functions and random appreciation events for employees. They have an online campus for continued learning and encourage employees to attend classes and webinars to further their education. The technology is advanced and resources are always available. Great benefits and flexible hours.
The firm really strives to ensure each employee is successful and accountable. This isn’t bad though.

Mr. Osborne and Mr. Goldberg’s interaction with employees and clients- they are not just the name, I’ve seen them work harder than any other employee, stay late and work weekends to make sure cases are resolved, clients are satisfied and employees have the resources they need to succeed.
