Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Lots of window dressing. It wants to be seen as a top firm, but it is not. Why? It is client-poor and they take any bottom feeder as a client and a lot of has-beens. The market rate comp is just for the first year. On the website, every practice group is padded with lawyers that don't really work in the group to make the firm look bigger. A partner had such a potty mouth, I've heard truck drivers that sound better educated and more sophisticated. Associates are dog-eat-dog. Bullies and their eunuchs. Trailer trash support staff.

Advice to law firm management: Management should hire a new crew to make sure that everything is working and functioning perfectly throughout the week so that we do not have to deal with unexpected maintenance issues.

Pros: This place has been voted as one of the top work places in D.C. for a reason! The client to staff communication and relationship is top notch! The pay and benefits are outstanding and very competitive!

Cons: I have found there to be more maintenance issues than I would have liked to admit that have interrupted my work flow. We had a water leak not too long ago that caused me to delay my work for a few days.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing was probably the best legal board I have used. I liked the layout and it was user friendly. I tried to use another job board, but it was not user friendly and was kind of a pain, whereas LawCrossing was easy to use to find jobs. I really liked it.
