There needs to be rules and boundaries set by the firm to prevent certain staff members from invading other staff members' privacy. Management needs to be trained on not to leave staff members out due to favoritism.

The firm offers benefits that are very good to their staff. The environment created leaves room for advancement. Many of the staff has been part of the firm for years.

The environment is sometimes requires high expectations. Some of the staff is kind, but at times many other employees like to intrude on one's privacy.
