What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Tell employees what and what is not tolerated at work and stop the gossiping that goes on. That seems to take away from the work day.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm makes me realize what great people I work around. Everyone is very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot.
What did you not like about this institution?
There tends to be an environment of gossip that can make things distracting at times for certain workers. It would be better if that was toned down.
