Advice to law firm management: I suggest having some fun team building stuff to keep people from getting bored. People will work better if they aren't so bored all the time.

Pros: The work here is extremely easy and the pay is decent enough for it. We even get a decent amount of vacation time.

Cons: Every day here is a slog and you just count down the hours until it is over. The work is boring and requires no thought at all.

Advice to law firm management: Management needs to be more firm with their employees and create a more professional environment. This will only drive people away in the long run.

Pros: I worked at this firm for roughly a year and I did enjoy the hours at this firm. They were very consistent and I rarely ever felt overworked. Plus overtime was always an option and paid very well if you wanted the extra work.

Cons: Management at this firm is such a mess. They are rarely present and when they are they don't ever listen to employees. Staff runs around constantly avoiding work and the professionalism at this firm is just not there.
