The Bonus - a rare treat to employees

Overwhelming workload and insufficient pay, with a poor experience from billing manager (Lorraine)

A Slog of a Firm

I suggest having some fun team building stuff to keep people from getting bored. People will work better if they aren't so bored all the time.

The work here is extremely easy and the pay is decent enough for it. We even get a decent amount of vacation time.

Every day here is a slog and you just count down the hours until it is over. The work is boring and requires no thought at all.

This Firm Could Use Some Work

Management needs to be more firm with their employees and create a more professional environment. This will only drive people away in the long run.

I worked at this firm for roughly a year and I did enjoy the hours at this firm. They were very consistent and I rarely ever felt overworked. Plus overtime was always an option and paid very well if you wanted the extra work.

Management at this firm is such a mess. They are rarely present and when they are they don't ever listen to employees. Staff runs around constantly avoiding work and the professionalism at this firm is just not there.

Great Atmosphere, But Benefits Need Work

Management should consider revamping the health benefits and taking a look at how they handle paid time off to bring them more in line with the rest of the industry.

This firm seems to pride itself on a comfortable and inclusive work environment. The dress code is laid back and office politics are kept to a minimum. Computers and other equipment are kept up to date and issues are taken care of in a timely fashion.

The benefits need some improvement. Time off work is frowned upon and the health insurance plan doesn't seem up to the industry standard.
