Advice to law firm management:
They definitely need to increase the number of people being promoted within. I think this would help both the new associates, as well as encourage more experienced associates to stay with the firm.
Pros:
The staff and other lawyers have been great to work with. There is a definite team mentality, even when dealing with other divisions. I always felt welcomed and could discuss matters with others.
Cons:
There has been little room for advancement. I've known many experienced associates who have not been able to move up the ladder. Mid-level associates are getting work that would be more appropriate for new associates.

Advice to law firm management:
I would like to see management step up to the plate and hire some new attorneys to help ease everyone's work load. I also believe that they should see that the gossiping and politics are kept to a bare minimum.
Pros:
There is excellent pay and plenty of overpay opportunities. They will work around your schedule. The secretaries are top notch, and the work environment is very spacious. I also like how candid everyone is as well since it makes you feel as ease.
Cons:
I felt as though everyone was way too busy at all times to help me when I needed it. Everyone is tied down to their work and when they do have free time they tend to just gossip and make small talk with each other instead of helping interns such as myself.
