Management needs to be more present and hands on with their staff. If employees are feeling neglected then they will leave.

Pros : I worked at this firm for a few years and got along with everyone really well. The clients I worked with were also very friendly and welcoming. I rarely had an issue with anyone at this firm.
Cons : The management is terrible at this firm. They were hardly ever present and when they were they just didn't seem to care. I would bring up ideas and complaints from time to time and they just brushed me off like I didn't matter.
