I would like to see management bring everyone even closer together and set up parties and get-togethers to bring everyone even closer together. I believe this would help in terms of long term productivity of the law firm as well.
I found the staff members to be very accommodating and the starting pay was exceptional. I also enjoyed the fact that the hours were very flexible and you could decide when you wanted to work practically.
I did not like the fact that there were not many office oriented events throughout the year. As an example, there were no Christmas parties within the office even though everyone gets along very well with each other.
Management needs to be more present and hands on with their staff. If employees are feeling neglected then they will leave.
I worked at this firm for a few years and got along with everyone really well. The clients I worked with were also very friendly and welcoming. I rarely had an issue with anyone at this firm.
The management is terrible at this firm. They were hardly ever present and when they were they just didn't seem to care. I would bring up ideas and complaints from time to time and they just brushed me off like I didn't matter.

I would recommend that a personal communications or social connection course be offered to long time employees. It never hurts to be refreshed in communications especially when age difference can be a barrier.
An excellent law firm that services many areas in law. Very willing to provide needed training at no charge to employees. Personally, I like that they treat everyone there as family, they have many gatherings and social events that involve not only the employees but their families as well. Out of others places I have worked Arent Fox is by far the most welcoming.
Those who have been there for sometime seem to have a little harder time accepting new employees. It takes awhile to feel like you fit in and for the older staff to help and guide you.
Thank you.
