What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has taught me so much about my career and I've really enjoyed my time spent here. The clients I've worked with are spectacular and I'll miss seeing them every day. The atmosphere is welcoming and personal to employees. You feel wanted among the staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
My biggest issue with this firm is the lack of upward mobility. The firm is quite small and most people who work here have worked in the same position for years. If I want a better paying position I would need to work there for many more years.
