Criminal Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for handling criminal law cases from start to finish, including case intake, scheduling client an attorney meetings and court dates, drafting notices, motions, orders, discovery documents and additional pleadings. Must have 2+ years of relevant experience. Both state and federal court experience is required. Knowledge of appeals is a must. Qualifications include attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Knowledge of Needles is preferred.
