DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Knowledge Technology Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for providing technical support and development for complex databases and reporting systems in the Knowledge Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in data formatting, modeling, and analysis in Power BI, as well as strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and support reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide training to users at all levels
- Project manage upgrades and system enhancements
- Collaborate with other departments to align with strategic objectives
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical support and working with end users and vendors
- Microsoft certification in Power BI
- Experience in a technical role at a law firm or legal software company
