Job Title: Billing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Billing Coordinator is primarily tasked with managing the billing process for assigned billing attorneys within a law firm. Key responsibilities include reviewing, editing, and processing invoices, ensuring adherence to client terms, discount arrangements, and guidelines. The coordinator must respond to queries from billing attorneys, clients, and staff concerning billing matters and follow up with billing attorneys to ensure bills are processed in a timely manner. Additional duties include researching and resolving billing-related issues, monitoring the status of pre-bills, identifying issues, and resolving aged unbilled items. The Billing Coordinator may also be required to provide overflow support to other billing team members and undertake additional billing projects or tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Billing Coordinator position are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar billing role within a law firm. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential, as are strong oral and written communication skills.
