Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for the Firm's Casualty Department. Will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of discovery; trial and appellate preparation; court filings; document management and production; and exhibit preparation. Must have 5+ years of experience in general litigation. Should have a Bachelor's degree plus paralegal certificate. Experience of 1 year in Microsoft Office is preferred. Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Kofax/Nuance, iManage, and Lexis Nexis. Knowledge of the local court systems is a must with a strong preference for knowledge of the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania. Must have knowledge of billable hours and billing software.
